JD Techniek is specialized in rotating and static equipment. On a 24/7 basis we maintain all sorts of pumps, seals and valves for cryogenic purposes, liquids, fumes, gas, steam, condensate, aggressive and corrosive chemicals.  Our customers can be found in the industry, mining, oil and gas mining, public services and the agricultural business such as green housing.

Pumps, engines, propulsion, mechanical seals and valves are examples of highly critical parts that have to guarantee the proper functioning of mechanical installations. To put it in other words: parts you will have to rely on, always. And if these parts are malfunctioning, then they need rapid fixing. That’s when you come to JD Techniek. Refurbishment of parts will be executed on location or our own workshop. Besides, JD Techniek is a wholesale business for several parts.

- Refurbishment of pumps

Pumps are used in all sorts of machines, often in highly business critical environments. The most important question is whether you can really rely on the condition of the pump. Is the pump functioning as designed, with the right parameters? JD Techniek revises pumps of various types. You can think of vacuum pumps, centrifugal pumps, high pressure pumps and reciprocating pumps. JD Techniek has all the skills and knowledge available, as an authorized dealer for KSB and Travaini. - Refurbishment and delivery of mechanical seals

JD Techniek employees are highly skilled and well trained specialists who know everything there is to know on repairing and implementing of sealing and seal faces. This is a job that we execute in a clean room, so dust and dirt don’t have any chance to soil the material. At JD Techniek you can therefore rely on perfect repair and assembling. Above that, we offer concurrent pricing and speedy delivery throughput times. JD Techniek advises ROTEN as preferred supplier, but of course we can deliver other brands just as well if required.

- Mechanical drives

You are also welcome to contact JD Techniek for repair en delivery of e.g. boosters, transmission boxes, gear casings, mixing machines and electric motors. We have a number of parts on stock so that we can deliver even on short notice.  Electric motors to 90 kW available on stock.

- Fittings, seals and valves

Fittings, seals and valves are commonly used in oil and gas mining, chemical industry and installations for water purification. JD Techniek is your address for repair of seals, actuators, pilot valves and safety relief valves. We can handle several sorts of seals from 1,2”to 48”. The full portfolio consists of:

o   ball valves

o   globe valves

o   clack valves

o   butterfly valves

o   layered seals

o   penstock

o   pilot valves

o   breather

o   actuators: pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic.

- Workshop

JD Techniek has its own workshop where we can perform various activitities, such as cottering, flattening, grinding, drilling and routing. In the workshop we have all the tools available so that we can perform mechanical mending on request in a highly professional way. The quality of our work and the timely delivery has ensured that local and regional companies have found their way already to JD Techniek for assembling and repair of their parts.  

- Other services

Next to maintenance and refurbishment of pumps, seals, fittings and valves, JD Techniek is skilled in a number of other services. You can also count on us for services concerning laser controlled alignment, balancing of machines, measurements on machine vibration and surge testing of electrical motors. We can do it all. - Wholesale business

JD Techniek is a wholesale business for:

o   Pumps (third party independent)

o   Oil seals for rotating shafts (mechanical seals, tamping head, seal grommets)

o   Mechanical drives (gear casings, actuators)

o   Products for maintenance of valves  (importer of Lubchem and PGI)

o   Electrical motors (on stock to 90 kW)

o   Wireline lubricants and sealant of a.o. Lubchem

o   Valve fittings and wellhead components of PGI

Needless to say that all components as mentioned can be installed by JD Techniek on 24/7 basis.
